The International law firm Reed Smith, with over 1200 attorneys worldwide, has announced its merger, effective March 1, 2007, with the Chicago law firm Sachnoff & Weaver, LTD. Sachnoff & Weaver, with over 150 attorneys in Chicago, will become Reed Smith's new Chicago office.

McDonald Hopkins, LPA with corporate offices in Cleveland, OH and offices in Columbus, Detroit, and West Palm Beach, has announced its merger with the Chicago law firm Harris Kessler & Goldstein LLC. Harris Kessler has become McDonald Hopkins newest office in Chicago.
