Michael Ritch - Partner

Michael Ritch is a partner with The McKinley Group where he counsels and assists law firms, both domestically and internationally, with opportunities and growth strategies. His experience includes placing Partners and their Associates, Groups and In house Counsel as well as assisting with Law Firm Mergers. His experience earned him the appointment to the position of Program Chair with the Greater Cleveland General Counsel Association. Prior to joining The McKinley Group Michael was a top consultant with the firm Special Counsel.

Prior to his consulting and legal search role, Michael was a practicing attorney. He earned his Juris Doctorate at The Ohio State University College of Law, and practiced at a Cleveland law firm in railroad, construction and product liability litigation. He has been a two term councilman in Peninsula, Ohio, and is a member of the Cleveland, Akron and Ohio Bar Associations, as well as the National Association of Legal Search Consultants.
