Jonathan Wright is a Partner in the corporate office of The McKinley Group. He works with law firms in Washington, DC, Philadelphia, and South Florida. His concentration is helping law firms grow through Partners, Practice Groups, and Merger opportunities.

Jonathan began his recruiting career in 1992 with the Southwestern Company where over the next six years he built a nationally ranked organization.

In 1998, Jonathan joined the Acadia Group and spent 8 years as a Director specializing in Litigation Support and eDiscovery Services helping legal vendors across the country grow their sales support and executive management teams prior to joining The McKinley Group.

Jonathan earned his Bachelors Degree in Operations Management from the University of Florida and is a member of the First Interview recruiting network and a member of the Florida Association of Personnel Services. He and his wife are active members of Epping Forest Yacht Club.
