Marion Feferman - Partner

Marion has over 20 years of legal industry experience and has worked on projects from placing partners to securing practice groups to facilitating law firm mergers.  From being on the inside, having worked with several major New York firms, to working on the outside as a legal consultant for a national legal search firm, Marion understands how law firms work, grow and operate.  Her experience runs the gamut from the acquisition of a significant partner with a large client base to an executive committee considering a possible law firm merger.

Prior to joining The McKinley Group Marion spent three years as Director of Partner Hiring at Thelen Reid Brown Raysman & Steiner where she managed the firm’s global recruitment program.  Before working with Thelen, Marion worked with several major law firms in New York and was previously a consultant with one of New York’s largest legal search firms.
