Doing the necessary research and due diligence upfront ensures that what I propose to a client law firm or partner makes good business and career sense for everyone involved. It takes an ability to listen, to spot opportunities, and a willingness to walk away from an option that, upon closer scrutiny, just does not make sense. Opportunities that have to be forced are not opportunities that should be pursued.
