Case Study: Practice Group Expansion/Construction

An international law firm needed to grow its construction practice as well as its security litigation practice.  After engaging The McKinley Group, this international firm was able to acquire four construction partners, two construction associates, a paralegal and their support staff as well as two securities partners, one IP partner and their support staff.  The total book of business the firm gained was in excess of $6MM on these two groups.
